From the humble beginnings of just an idea, all the way to your launch date, our signature process will see your business come to life by combining all the elements, assets and information you need to have your brand looking and sound amazing, ready to roll out to your audience. Because that’s what besties are for!

So what does this look like?

It means getting into the nitty gritty of who you are as a business and working on your brand strategy, which includes fine-tuning your personality, establishing your tone of voice & carving out a plan for your social media presence.

We will then create an entire visual identity for your brand including a custom logo suite, colour palette, font system, supporting graphics, social media templates & overall brand aesthetic. Once we’re finished, you’ll be delivered all the final files you need to get your brand live, and a beautifully designed brand guidelines to help you make the most of your fresh new do.

Brand Fling takes our usual branding process and compacts it into a matter of days while still giving you a polished brand that you feel proud to launch. How do we do this? Well, we bring our copywriting expertise and graphic design wizardry in full force to whip up a brand that you can’t wait to take live. By refining our strategy offerings from our comprehensive Brand Bestie package and focusing solely on one stellar design direction, we condense the timeline from months to mere weeks, saving you both money and time.

And to make things even better, we are now offering the option to pair your Brand Fling package with our *new* Web Fling package where you’ll get a custom-built, gorgeous Squarespace website for a discounted rate to our usual pricing. Wahoo!

With a combined 17 years of industry experience and extensive formal education in design and communications, we’ve had the honour to work with some of the world’s biggest brands (think Vogue, Mamamia, McDonald’s, Benefit and Nandos to name a few!) and have helped over 90 female-led businesses kickstart their brand from idea to inception.
We have guided them all through epic evolutions so that they can attract bigger and better customers. By working with Studio Wednesday, you are getting so much more than just the deliverables. You’re getting a transformation that will blow your audience’s mind.
We’d love to be able to give a complete upfront cost for packages but there are some costs that we don’t absorb which are additional to complete some of our projects. These can include: font licenses, brand & stock photography, website hosting costs, domain registration, printing costs and additional revision rounds, beyond the specified rounds included in each package.
Yes absolutely! We totally understand branding is a big (but worthwhile) investment for a small business. All our packages are billed in two payments. We just require a 50% deposit to save your spot, with the remaining 50% billed before the project completion.
Design is collaborative so our process makes sure you feel supported and heard throughout. We tend to keep in touch mostly through emails but we are always up for scheduling a one-on-one call if you want to have a verbal chat. We like to share our work in a pre-recorded presentation format which allows you to really digest our presentations and have a think about what feedback (or lack of!) you have for us.
The good news is, we have an absolutely stellar success rate of keeping our projects within the alloted rounds of revisions. Infact, we’ve had a bunch of projects that have been completely revision free!
But if you do need to make more revisions, no stress. We offer additional revisions at our current hourly rate of $75 p/h until you are happy as Larry with the work produced.
It’s always better! We can book up to 4 months in advance, whilst other times we might have availablity in 4 weeks. We would always recommend booking as far in advance as you possibly can to ensure you don’t feel like you have to rush through the oh so crucial branding & website process.
