Bee Counting is not your average bookkeeping business. Led by Bianca (aka queen Bee), the mission is simple: help business owners feel less stressed about their numbers and a whole lot more in control. The challenge was flipping the script on bookkeeping. Less beige spreadsheets, more personality. Less โ€œIโ€™ll deal with that later,โ€ more โ€œokay waitโ€ฆ this actually makes sense.โ€

We created a brand that feels playful, confident and a little bit unexpected. Vintage-inspired with a modern twist, and layered with subtle bee moments that add charm without going full novelty. Golden mustard, 70s browns and soft pinks bring the warmth, while expressive typography and analogue-style imagery give it that nostalgic, personality-packed edge.

The result is a brand that turns heads, sparks conversation, and makes bookkeeping feel a whole lot less intimidating and a lot more like something you can actually get on top of.
